Clean modern hotel with comfy bed and pillows. Only hotel in our two weeks tour which offered two pillows. Free drinks at the lounge. Located within the Shin Yokohama train station. Close to good food.

I think for anyone using the bath it may be helpful to add a handrail to assist in getting out of the tub. Especially for seniors. it was a nice stay as always

Just on 10 floor of shin Yokohama station. Very clean property. It’s in a shopping mall with lots to shop. very convenient to take Shinkansen next day. Just go to second floor to board the train.

The TV on the desk has been replaced with a new large 4K TV, but I think the previous setup was better because the desk space has become too cramped to work with a laptop PC. I believe this 4K TV should be mounted on the wall.

This was our 4th time staying at the hotel Associa. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The bed very comfortable and the guest lounge on floor 12 with tea, coffee etc a very welcome bonus. The breakfast choices are numerous and tasty. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
