Excellent Business Hotel

Pros: It's very close to the station, the staff was quite knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and was very helpful even late at night (12am).
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to Shin Yokohama station.
Everything as advertised. I booked a single non smoking room and was pleasantly surprised at the 20th floor. The staff was patient and explained amenities surrounding the hotel (I needed to get a 3-to-2 prong adapter for my laptop at 12am) and was able to find both a convenience store and McDonalds a short 3 minute walk around the hotel front. The room itself was very clean and I had no problems feeling comfortable in it as a 5 foot 10 inch person (178cm). The bed was full size if I recall correctly. Close to the Shin Yokohama station (5 minute walk) which is a hub for the Shinkansen (bullet train). Would recommend staying at again!

Think twice and look elsewhere

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
While this is a lovely hotel there are many factors working against it. For starters be aware that it is located in SHIN Yokahama and not Yokahama proper. It is a good 1/2 ride into the city. To be fair it is conveniently located next to the station. What especially irritated me was not getting the room we had requested. The reservation was made and paid for over three months in advance and yet we were still given a smoking room when we had expressly requested a non-smoking one. There is no good reason for this; it wasn't a last minute reservation but one made in plenty of time to get it right. It really is reflective of how hard they might try, but they just don't get it right. The lobby staff are extremely attentive, they almost run to greet you. But they don't have the answers to any questions and have to go ask someone else - this is equally irritating and absolutely uncalled for.

Great Location but OLD building

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Great Location and high rise building. However, everything inside the room is very old. The mattress is very thin and weak. I weight 163 pounds, as soon as I sat on the bed, the mattress collapsed and swalled you in. The carpet is very thin and have holes from cigarette and water stained. The good point was clean restroom and the staffs were very friendly and nice. Location is very close to the metro station so it's quite convinient.
