The person would not check you in. They have a machine that is not the most user friendly. It told me to scan my passport, and it kept saying scanning. Then a man came up on a screen and snapped you have to scan the other passport. That's not what the screen was saying and he snapped back just scan the other one.

What a pleasant surprise for a hotel in this price range. It offers more than what I expected and was clean, conveniently located right next to JR trains that will take you straight to HND in less than 20 minutes. I enjoyed it so much that I joined their free membership and got late check out for free. Definitely will come back again.
