It was easy to access the train station. Although this was a budget hotel, the price was great. It was clean and had room service like any other hotel. If you want a better room, then you have to pay more for it. But for people looking for a budget hotel in the area, you can count on this one.

Lovely!

Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff.

This hotel is amazing! This was my second stay, and I'll probably stay here again sometime soon in the future! Affordable, clean, great in-room air conditioners, quiet (I couldn't hear noise from any other guests throughout the entire stay), and the check in and check out processes were very streamlined!

I stayed here for four nights, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The room was clean, was more spacious than expected, I couldn't hear anything from the nearby rooms, and check-in was super simple! The walk to and from the nearby shopping areas and subway station was simple and didn't take long at all. Altogether I'm very pleased and will definitely be staying again!

Passport required for non-Japanese to check-in

Non-Japanese must show their passport to check-in. Japanese citizens don’t have to show any ID at all. A receptionist asked a female guest to show her passport and said 「日本人でしたか。失礼致しました」(Oh you’re Japanese. Sorry for my rudeness). I’m non-Japanese. I felt uncomfortable.

センター南駅からの道のりが、悩みました。部屋は広々していて過ごしやすかったです。喫煙ルームで空気清浄機もありましたが、タバコの臭いが苦手な方は禁煙ルームの方がいいと思います。 浴室にカビがあったのが残念でした。 隣が公園だったので静かだと思ったら、隣が救急のある病院で、深夜も救急車のサイレンがたびたびです。 冷蔵庫があまり冷えていませんでした。ドライヤーも持ち手部分がガクガクしていて少し使いづらかったです。 スタッフの方々は丁寧で親切でした。

Muito bom. O hotel é um pouco distante das principais ruas de Tokyo, mas nada que impedisse de irmos, pois há uma estação de metrô (center minami) bem pertinho do hotel, e o trem e o metrô no Japão sao super eficientes e fáceis de utilizar, por isso foi muito bom e muito tranquila a estadia no Chisun inn. O atendimento do hotel é maravilhoso, pessoal super simpático e prestativo. O hotel é limpo e o quarto confortável. O banheiro tem banheira com mangueirinha para tomar banho, o que pra nos deu tranquilo. O hotel nao possui restaurante para café da manhã, mas a area próxima ao hotel possui varios cafes, tem um shopping que tem cafeterias, Starbucks e outros restaurantes, a seven eleven é bem próxima tambem, então foi tranquilo demais nessa questão. A area é tao linda e tao tranquila, até chegarmos a estacao de metrô tem lindas paisagens. Eu amei. Se voltarmos aos Japão (e espero que isso aconteça em breve) eu volto a esse hotel. Nota 10.
