Our stay at the Rose Hotel in Yokohama was amazing! The staff was great and beyond helpful. It’s walkable, safe and surrounded by tons of food options. We would love to return and highly recommend. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Junko was awesome to work with and she helped us work through a reservation glitch when we arrived and was beyond amazing when we returned to retrieve my husband’s wallet that was left behind.

Great location! We enjoyed Chinatown. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the convenience store. The hotel is traditional and a bit old, but it was very clean. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed our time there.

We had a very comfortable family stay at the Rose Hotel. The room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and returning after a long day felt genuinely relaxing rather than simply coming back to a hotel room. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. The location was also very convenient for exploring Yokohama. We would happily stay here again.

It’s a very nice hotel. I would recommend it to anyone interested in staying in the Chinatown area of Tokyo. The area is safe and walkable. The staff was incredible! Especially Junko. She went above and beyond for us. We felt welcomed and appreciated. She deserves a raise. There was a glitch in our reservation and she was able to get us through it. We’re beyond grateful.

Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room.

Great staff provided great service. Location of hotel was excellent for us flying in and out from Haneda - very close to the airport limousine route. Hotel itself was a bit dated but was clean and spacious, in Japanese standard of course. With the price I paid for a comfortable night there is no complaints.
