Check-in was delayed by 3 hours and there wasn’t even an apology only said “we are busy”. Then housekeeping has the nerve to come in my room at 9am. So basically they were charging me $400 for 12 hours!

We arrived late (had guaranteed late arrival). There was one lady on the front desk - she was not welcoming at all and was a little rude. She took a $100 deposit (which is fine) but would not allow me to have a cart for our luggage. There was no other staff for assistance so she would not allow us to have a cart. I explained we had a baby and a cart would be helpful with everything we had to take up to the room. She would not allow it. For taking a deposit - it should be allowed, especially late at night with a baby. They are not made of gold - I told her I would return it. Still no cart. Unbelieveable!

We didn't like that the rooms were outdated. Wallpaper was outdated, the furnishings were outdated and had worn marks in the wood. There were no USB ports to connect devices, and mattress leaned downward so it was like your feet were elevated. Good room and bathroom sizes but overall needs work to be modernized, especially for the increased rate during a holiday stay.

They did not have the room we booked available, so they upgraded us to a suite! Room was really nice. Clean and comfortable.
