The hotel is a bit dated, the elevator was broken and our toilet was broken as well, it ran noisily all night long, maintenance guy never showed up to fix it. Unfortunately, the people across the hall had kids yelling and screaming and running the halls till about 1 AM. The staff were very friendly at check in, and at breakfast though!

Very outdated, furniture from the 80's and also falling apart. Chairs and walls peeling off, faucet was loose, many ladybugs kept coming from the window. Receptionist not friendly and elevator didn’t work and we were given a room in the fourth floor, even though in my reservation they could see I had kids. Definitely won't be back.

They are actually installing a new elevator. Will be ready in a few weeks. So you will have to carry your luggage to the second third and fourth floor. Beside that everything was great.

Not up to our expectations

We arrived to find pit that the elevator was not operational. This happened at this property in the past and we received an emailed notification in advance. Not this time. This was problematic since the weather was very cold and we had heavy packages of items that had to be kept from freezing. We therefore had to carry them up to our room, and then down the stairs in the morning. Had we known in advance, we could have booked a different hotel. As well, the hairdryer smoked and shot flames, so was not operational. All in all, not up to our former experiences at this property.

Two different stays in different nights. Both rooms the TV did not work. Second room the bathroom shower dripped all night. Mentioned to the front desk on departure. Only one staircase available during repair of the elavator. Not sure why the second staircase was not in use Continental breakfast is limited, no hot items like eggs, bacon or sausage. Quite dissapointing

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were great at both the front desk and inside the restaurant. Unfortunately the elevator needed repairing, and I needed to bring my heavy luggage up four flights of stairs. A discounted price on this visit or the next one would be a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.

We really like staff and location. Rooms are very clean. Disappointed with elevator being down again! Love the pool but it was a little chilly! Wish there were more food options. Overall, it was a good experience.
