Known locally for its unique blue exterior, this home was optimized with guest comfort in mind. Three primary bedrooms have King size beds, the smaller downstairs bedroom features a cozy full size bed and the game room offers two twins, giving the house a total occupancy of 10! Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and luxury soaking tub for 1. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a spacious bath with its own walk-in shower!

The full sized kitchen features a large stainless steel fridge, a full sized stove, and a custom farmhouse sink! There is enough seating for the whole family, with a breakfast bar, kitchen island, and a full size dining table. The open concept living area has vaulted ceilings with custom skylights and designer chandelier, and the fireplace adds a warm, homey touch to the entire space.

In addition, the outdoor space is an entertainer's dream. The full size pool is coupled with a luxurious built-in hot tub, perfect for relaxing. There is a full size dining table in the attached screen porch, while the fully-fenced backyard space also features a ping-pong table, BBQ grill, pool loungers, and another outdoor dining area!

The house was wonderful and beauifully dercorated. Took us awhile to find the salt and pepper! LOL Could have used more silverware-needed to wash several times a day. A little benefit would have been some saran wrap or zip bags or containers with lids for leftovers. the couple who slept in the king room downstairs felt that the mattress had seen its better days. Otherwise everything was great.

Fabulous home in a great location! Plenty of bedrooms and baths and the pool was great to come home to after a fun day at the wineries! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg!

House was pretty, but had so many issues. Downstairs mattresses were basically unusable, no washer/dryer, not one extra blanket, only 7 forks in kitchen, subpar kitchen pans, utensils, broken ice maker, one bathroom had a broken shower handle and although it is a convenient location to Main Street, it is incredibly noisy with street traffic. Cannot recommend!
