Wonderful stay

Spent 2 nights and am very glad we found this hotel. We were very comfortable. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was great. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. The community was fun with great restaurants and things to see. We are planning on making Fredericksburg a stopping point when traveling from coast to coast. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Property was clean enough, not in town to stay at facility, just need clean place to sleep. Definitely dated and could use a little TLC. We would stay again, but probably prefer closer to walking distance to main shopping area, depends on budget at the time. Breakfast choices were fine. Coffee, juices, toast, waffles, fruit. Breakfast area was clean. Parking lot was well lit so felt safe.

My last room on my last visit was much cleaner and better maintained. I feel like slow this little hotel is going down hill. I had a bunch of sugar ants on the table and coming out of the room phone so that was not thrilling.
