We were very pleased with our room, it was larger than the standard room. You could tell the rooms had been recently renovated.

Not what I expected

Pros: The size of the room.
Cons: Get new towels. And the front desk girl wasn't there when we arrived. When she saw us she said I'll be there in a bit. But she did make us wait.
Location: Location was great !!!
The room was nice, the carpet was dirty. You could hear the people above us walking, jumping. Too loud. The towels in the bathroom were frayed. Just disappointed.

Good hotel, but difficult to find

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. They helped us find a wonderful church for sunrise Easter service.

Consistent Holiday Inn Express experience

Very clean room, extremely spacious. Excellent value. Nice, hot breakfast options. Unique pool in the shape of Texas. Nice pool area, but the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. Room was very spacious, but desk area did not lend itself well to working on a laptop. A better work table and task chair would have been nice. Convenient location just off the interstate, yet I didn't notice any highway noise. Many restaurants close by. Cracker Barrel in walking distance.

Great Riverwalk hotel

Unique room design. Freshly remodeled, very cozy. Great view of Riverwalk and Alamo 30 stories below. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever enjoyed. Very convenient access to the Rivercenter mall and Riverwalk area. The only downside is $* to self park seems a bit steep.

Excellent Hotel

My husband and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Kerrville and loved every bit of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and large. The pool was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was good and a lot more than you normally get at a continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again when we return!
