The shower in the room did not work. The staff was unwilling to provide a new room and only give us access to a shower in a different room. The key card was faulty. Multiple times guess were loud and disruptive. The rooms had broken furniture and hardware.

Don’t let the photos of this hotel trick you. If you have the extra 50-60 bucks spend it on a better hotel. Place reaked of pot all weekend. Not a single car in the parking lot, yet all of the rooms were full. Must have been one of them government voucher kind of weekends to house someone up. Wouldn’t even eat the breakfast because of the cleanliness of it. The folks at the desk that own the hotel or what ever had a great attitude and running the facility the best they can. But you pay for what you get. A bunch of riff raff hanging around too.

I would rate this hotel five stars. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent customer service. My husband and I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, while my daughter, her boyfriend, and their children stayed in a room with three beds, which provided more than enough space for their family. During checkout, we were in a rush, and my grandson forgot his hoodie while I accidentally left behind my gold chain. When I called the hotel, the staff had already secured our belongings and held them for us. I was truly grateful for their honesty and the integrity of the housekeeping team. Their professionalism made our stay even more memorable.

Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. Mc Donald's next door. Safe area. Easy off/on I-94. Milan, the front desk agent who checked me in was Amazing, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. After travel plans changed, I ended up rebooking an additional night here at the end of my trip due to his excellent customer service. Will stay here next time I am in town.

It was hard to get into the parking lot due to the construction. It always smelled like marijuana on the first floor and outside.

Our room was quite expensive and our tv remote wasnt working so we got new batteries and it still wadsnt working a worker finally came up and basically told us it was fine and did something to the back of the tv and then it worked. Our bathtub plug dudnt work so my kids couldnt take a bath. The breakfast was awful. The eggs and the sausages are microwaved and nasty. And we had to wait almost a half hour to get waffles for my kids. My kids couldnt have cereal either because the milk was gone. I went to the front and asked the desk to refill the cereal and instead of him just doing it he said he will have someone else do it and we needed to wait. The pool was small and the water almost felt slimy and gross and the water was super salty (which it shouldnt be, im assuming it was from peoples bodies, gross). There is no elevator which made it very hard for us with 4 kids. We paid $180 for 1 night and we felt we didnt nearly get our moneys worth.
