Reception staff helped me find how to get tram into centre of Frankfurt and where to go there in order to see as much as possible in one day. Hotel is good, I stayed not first time here and will stay in the future. Great breakfast, good location and the room (nothing luxury, like a good 3* hotel). The staff were great! My room was exactly as advertised - no frills. I needed an affordable room with two twin beds on short notice. This is exactly what I received. What was above and beyond was the complimentary breakfast every morning - it was quite delicious!! The negative was that the location is only close to the zoo. Otherwise, all other attractions and fine dining were not conveniently close.
