"The grand suite room is really spacious with a bed larger than the standard king size. The service staff are very good. It’s just a few minutes walk to the museum of Cham sculptures. "

The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "

"I recently stayed at Samdi Hotel in Da Nang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent—very close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of stores where you can easily get whatever you need. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. They are the most honest and hardworking team I have ever encountered. I had an unusual situation where I accidentally left a large amount of money in the safe and only realized it when I was already flying back to the U.S. When I contacted the hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they honestly confirm that the money was found, but they also made multiple efforts to send it back to me through the bank and Western Union—without ever asking for anything in return. Their honesty, kindness, and integrity truly deserve recognition. Aside from this, our stay was very comfortable. The room we had was spacious, with two large bedrooms, two showers, and bathroom areas. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. If you are looking for a hotel in Da Nang, especially one near the airport, Samdi Hotel is an excellent choice. The service, honesty, and care of the staff alone make this a 5-star experience."

"We only stayed here for one night, and we’re glad to leave. Room was average, smelt like mould. Bathroom was average, water went everywhere when you showered and the shower curtain/window blind/tiles all were mouldy. Bed was the worst we’ve slept on, was two singles pushed together and the bed sheet didn’t even reach across the whole mattress. Overall check in/check out experience was average, not friendly and accommodating. Appreciate it’s a low cost option in Da Nang, but I’d you can definitely find better for a similar price."
