Lobby staff was courteous, rooms were clean, housemates efficient. Pool: never saw any towels at the pool, even though there seem to be an employee sitting in the gym, but he never offered to bring us towels. Food was tasty although some of the food that were meant to be hot did not have any heat source to keep them warm. Such as Quang noodles were cold. I was about to bring my plate to the pho station and ask the gentleman to put it in a bowl of broth for me. Rooftop cafe food was tasty, staff seemed to be in training.

Amazing stay. Staff very attentive everwhere we met them (reception, doorman, breakfast). Hotel location was great. Good food options right outside the door. Great view of dragon bridge from my room. Walked just before sunrise. Felt very safe.
