"Family suite has nothing but just a bigger than normal room. The pictures from website mislead consumers. Bath towels have no softness left; they look terribly with holes. Molds show up in the ceiling of our bathroom. The ground floor facility deserves no-star."

"This place was a nightmare. The staff were rude at check in. The bathroom was dirty. The minibar had half eaten pack of oreos and missed half the drinks which they forced us to pay for when we checked out despite telling them it wasn't us. Do not stay here."
