Great condo

Every thing was great except it offered free WiFi and there was none so I had to rearrange my schedule because of that which wasted two days of my vacation and the owner never offered any compensation … but ask me to let the repairman in I would stay again because of location and property But when you offer something and you tell the owner it’s not working they should get it fixed or offer you something for the amount of money spent !!!

Huge balcony with a fantastic view!

This gated condo with a parking spot in a covered garage was beautifully furnished with 2 master bedrooms, both with balcony access. Grandma sat on the extra large balcony and people watched from dawn til dusk. All of us were out on it at various times reading, sleeping , or just enjoying the beautiful beach scenery. Lots of extras in this condo like plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, ice machine, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soaps starters provided so you didn’t have to rush to the grocery right away. Paper towels and toilet tissue as well was provided. We have rented many vacay condos and this one was the best of them all. Thank you so much for letting us stay there for the week. Very relaxing week for our family. The teens loved the pool and we could look over the edge of the balcony and keep track of them. We also enjoyed the restaurant right next to the condo. Food was great especially the breakfast. We are back home as I write this and I am missing that balcony!

Stellar condo with fabulous balcony

We needed a fairly large condo for our family and this was perfect. Beautiful condo. Roomy and tastefully decorated. Large kitchen with Viking appliances. The balcony is huge with a gorgeous view of one of the best beaches in the country. Parking and entry was easy and the hostess was accessible. The best vacation rental we’ve used yet. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Wonderful large tables indoor and out with ample seating for our family of seven. Okaloosa Island was beautiful as always. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.

Perfect Family Vacation

Family vacation to celebrate my mom and dads 50th anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Just go ahead and book it. You won’t be sorry. The deck was wonderful and the house easily accommodated our family giving everyone there own space. The pool was nice and heated. We hope to come back again next year.

Family time at the Beach

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to get to the beach with no roads to cross. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The place was very clean and the balcony is amazing for just sitting out and enjoying the ocean waves and the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing family time

Condo is just as advertised. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Seven people with plenty of room. Have been to Ft Walton several times and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Saw dolphins from the balcony every morning.

We spent a fabulous week at the Bella Riva with our family. Nine of us fit comfortably. The condo is spacious and has a great kitchen. The balcony is huge with breath taking views of the gulf.

Absolutely our favorite!

This condo is everything and more than expected, the pictures do not do it justice! There is so much room, we never felt cramped at all and it has one of the most comfortable couches ever! The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. The communication with the owner was very prompt whenever I asked questions. I cannot say enough about this rental, we will definitely be renting it again!

Beautiful and clean!

Beautiful and clean!. We have stayed at Bella Riva many times but this particular unit is our favorite. The three bedrooms have king-size beds which was great. It was decorated so nice. We will definitely stay again.
