The place was cozy, clean, and updated very nice , only thing the door handle to the deck broke off when we tried to open balcony door , never got fixed while we were there , the owner was not honest about check in , we were offered a discount if we wanted to arrive a day early , then told when we showed up at 9 in the morning we still had to wait until 4 unless pay 50 to check in at 1:30 made no sense no one had stayed there we could see the place was already clean , which she lied about . We had a emergency back home after we arrived she was not willing to work with us about a refund , she blamed it on VRBO which after speaking to them they were willing to refund on their end and she refused I get it but be honest not a lier needless to say we were able to come back the next day after another 12 hour drive was not willing to throw all that money away she would have had no problem renting her or out is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay !! Beach is beautiful!! View is great !! Very quit place
