I made the hotel reservation, but my family and I ended up on the street because my family went ahead to check in and I followed later, and they were prevented from entering by staff who showed absolutely no respect for the customers.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms spacious. I really liked that the laundry was not coin operated. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate was available. Breakfast was provided (but limited options) and the waffle maker was broken. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This was my first Home2 Suites stay experience and it won't be my last. I like that this location is not near other hotels and away from busy areas. Although the airport is nearby, there is no airplane noise. H2S has nice decor throughout the facility, I love the room, it was clean and cold. In the kitchen, the only thing needed is a small stove. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were extremely too soft. I like the privacy curtain between the living room and bed area. The only issue is the sound of doors slamming from guest rooms, wasn't a good feeling getting woke up out of a deep sleep with doors slamming multiple times at 4:30am.
