Condo building is located on a private beach. Access to the beach, condo pool and jacuzzi/ hotpool spa are free to condo guests. Sunloungers are located both poolside and on the beach.

Master bedroom ( with king sized bed and television) is well appointed with a new en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (renovated 2023) and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. New mattress installed in 2022. Master bedroom has direct access to lania.
The second bedroom with a queensize bed and twin bed comfortably sleeps 3. New beds and mattresses installed in November 2022. The room has a large closet and flat screen tv. Second bathroom is a full bathroom with a full bath/shower. Closet in bathroom for extra storage
The third bedroom would be any child's delight! Bright and light coloring. The special bunk bed ( twin over a double) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Flat screen TV and comfortable chair for viewing TV or reading.
The third bathroom has recently been fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror. Bath tub/ shower with sliding glass doors.
The living room sofa contains a pullout full-size bed.
The enclosed lanai has dining tables and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. All televisions have Xfinity/Comcast. In addition high-speed wifi Internet access available within the condo for no additional charge.
Parking is free of charge. 2 parking passes will be provided.
