Get ready to relax in this 3 king bedroom/3 bath house on Fort Myers Beach with heated pool and direct Gulf access with a new dock to tie up your boat. This quiet neighborhood has deeded beach access within a 5 minute walk to the beautifully restored white sand. Walk to the nearby Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo restaurants. This newly renovated home is locally managed and offers a screened private heated pool, space to moor a boat on our new dock, covered lanai with tons of seating, grill, heating, AC, and strong WiFi. This home has 3 full bathrooms with custom showers (no bathtubs), and a cozy living room with a 65” TV and queen sofa bed for guest 7 and 8, The main floor guest room has a king Purple mattress that can be moved into 2 twin XL beds on request. The master suite downstairs has a new Purple mattress and direct access to the lanai and pool. The primary master suite is upstairs and has a private balcony with seating and tons of space with a large walk in closet and large walk in shower. Bonus features include a hot/cold outdoor shower, wine bar, new washer and dryer, tvs in all bedrooms and sitting areas, and plenty of entertaining space by the private, heated pool. We know you’ll enjoy our lovingly-restored future retirement home on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. Local short term rental license #25-0001
