The floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views of the water. We found the unit to be very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The pool is really nice as well. It is located away from the busy area of Ft Myers Beach which we liked but you did need a car to get to other restaurants - although the one right next door was very good as well.

Had A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this resort. We found the unit very clean and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about this unit was the view! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water were great. We also enjoyed the pool. Flippers, the restaurant next door, has excellent food as well.

This 1-bedroom unit was perfect for my husband and I. The view of Estero Bay was beautiful. Although the weather was a bit chilly for a few days, we were happy to be able to still use the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed using the well-equipped fitness center. The location was great and central to meet friends and family living in the area. The only negative was the very slow traffic on Ft. Myers Beach to get to Cape Coral. Having Flipper’s on the Bay restaurant was a nice option. We enjoyed our stay!

Great views from 9th floor. Condo was clean. Great restaurant next door. However, the toilet did not work properly. Three times the maintenance guy came by. Finally he said to use dawn detergent and the plunger whenever we have a problem. Unsatisfactory!

Amazing views

Found this condo and loved the gorgeous views instantly. Located on 9th floor with panaromic views of the gulf shore with breath taking sunset views. Enjoyed my stay with family and created fun memories. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Absolutely loved it! Will visit again soon.

Beautiful view

Can’t beat the view from this room. Sunsets from the balcony…majestic. Watched the dolphins from the full view windows as well. Bed was comfortable. Close to Lovers Key Beach, only a short walk from the resort. ITrip was easy to deal with.

loved the condo... but it was undergoing repairs post-hurricane. Hot tub was closed and there was frequent noise from repair workers on scaffolding outside the unit.

Anniversary trip

The grounds were very secluded which was nice and quiet but more diatant from othee things which was no problem to drive. Easy access to lovers key beach which was our favorite. Wonderful views!! watched dolphins every morning and the boats coming and goingSuggest getting new beds and pillows. We even attempted the couch bed. Both were uncomfortable. TV needs to be bigger especially in living room. Everything else was fine.

Almost Perfect

Unfortunately there was an ongoing construction project taking place at the building that resulted in a bit of noise, dust, etc. We were informed about it at booking so it was not a surprise. Some residents are friendlier than others. We'd definitely return.

Gorgeous view!!

We LOVED the view from the 9th floor, especially the (few) boats that were out in early February! The size and layout of the condo were perfect for 2 people, and the common areas were always spotless. The king bed and the couch were both comfortable. We enjoyed having a dining table + stools at the counter, and the furnishings were fine. My only recommendation would be to have 6 plates, a serving bowl, and A NEW COFFEEMAKER. The circa 1990 one is very slow, and the warming plate is coated/does not keep coffee hot. Checkout directions said to take/toss anything we had left, including spices, coffee filters, ETC. To be honest, I would prefer that such non-food items could be left for the next guests. Overall, a very nice condo!!

We enjoyed the location immensely - the view all around was fantastic. They were doing construction in the area, but it had to be done, because I know it was hit hard in that area by "Ian". The only thing I disliked was the fact that the beautiful pool was closed most of the time we were there. The sign said it was closed by the Health Department. We never got to use it. It was a very clean and beautiful condo!

Walking in to the condo first item you see is a black stained carpet, stains are 80% of the entry way as well in though the rooms, questions begin as to how clean this unit will be. More time in condo finds it to be clean and liveable.Shower door needs replacing as one door constantly falls off track when moved, notice toliet door frame starting to rot do to water leaking from shower door.Matress and sheets have see their time and need to be replaced as well as restocking kitchen dishes and tools.Overall unit is in a good location but needs to be renovated as it is showing aged.

Noisy vacation

The only problem with the condo was the constant noise from construction during the week that my husband and I were there. There should have been full disclosure on that issue which there wasn’t or we would have chosen a different place. We talked to a few couples who were staying there and they had been told that the construction would be complete by last December so they were equally upset over this disturbance.
