The Reef at Seaside Retreat, your unique place in paradise, is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath, first floor apartment located mid island in a tranquil neighborhood. Two blocks to the beach with easy beach access points. Relax in comfort on the front porch sipping your favorite drink while the sunsets stream light through the palms. Hotel style linens and towels help you rest well for a full day of sun and fun!

This property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. The white sugar sand beaches are the cleanest on the island. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YouTubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King. The bathroom are tandem with a shower, toilet and sink in one room and a toilet and sink in the other.

The property has a common area with a washer and dryer and a propane grill. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.

The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

For our guests with allergies, this property is non-smoking. Dog friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two. Fee is $20 per night per dog.

All was clean and the pictures represented the property well. Weather was cool and no central heat, although two small space heaters were available. Quiet neighbors but two properties were under construction next door and in the back. Overall enjoyable.

Spacious, clean, and quiet location! About a 5 minute walk to the beach & maybe an 8 minute walk to The Mound House! Conveniently located in between Publix & town/shops/restaurants! Ubers and Golf Cart rides are pretty quick, as well. The company is super responsive & constantly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay at their location. An exceptional experience!

The property was exactly the same property that was in the picture. Extremely clean and well decorated with very nice furniture and beds. The beach was only three minutes away by walking and not seven. And exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable clean And convenient place to stay.

Didn’t actually stay at this unit. About 2 weeks before my stay, was told the unit above wasn’t ready so was downsized to a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit without any discounted price. Kitchen was very small. Shower only with lukewarm water. The comforter had dog hair from last visit. Best thing about the stay was location, about four minute walk to the beach. Also check in process was easy.overall average stay, not sure I would rebook again though

Nice, comfortable two bedroom condo close enough to the beach to walk to it. There's a couple of quirks that are inconvenient. One, you can't have the living room fan on and turn out the lights which isn't the best at night watching TV. Two, the bathrooms, you literally have to go through the half bath to get to the full bath. So if someone is using one you either have to wait until they are done, close your eyes, or you're stuck. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay.

Condo is nice. It says 2 bathrooms but it’s 1 1/2 and they are not separate. You have to go through the 1/2 bath to get to the full bath. I like a really hot shower and with the hot water fully on, the water is warm. The ceiling fan in the living room can only be on if the lights are on too which isn’t nice especially if you want to watch TV at night. Town is still recovering from Hurricane Ian.

200 Washington FT Meyers Beach

The property is in a final stage of some very poor remodeling. There was no AC Vent in the master bedroom. Temps were near 90degrees. Kitchen chairs were falling apart, kids bed collapsed the first time my granddaughter sat on it. Vinyl siding was missing in several spots. Front stair was coming apart. Blinds were broken and tore apart. Kitchen cabinet would not open due to improper installation. No GFI in bathroom.
