My stay was very uncomfortable. There was loud people in hallway and noises in the next room..Very disturbing. My stay was not worth $400 for 2 days. Id like a refund. The staff got 3 stars only because she accomodated me for the 1st. Originally my room was on the 3rd floor yet the elevators were broken and i have a bad back. She wasn't welcoming by no means

This is smoke free property but smoke was smell in the hallways. Elevator been broken for weeks and only access to upper floors is via stairs with no help with luggage, very difficult for handicap customers to get to their rooms and no offer to be at a lower floor nor a compensation for the inconvenience

I like that it was close to an event I was tending. The room was ok but hotel needs updating, the A/C was loud and rattling so was head for us to sleep. Also no blow dryer or iron in the room.
