Modern 6BR Villa Resort Style Pool on Golf Course
"This place should be a 10 across he board - the pool, the grounds and the house. The pool and grounds get a 10. The house - wildly spacious, well appointed, unique contemporary layout - needs some maintenance and repair. Built-in microwave didn't work, rather than repair they've added a second counter top microwave. Fridge icemaker was broken, so they added a separate countertop ice-making machine, which also didn't work. So they brought bags of ice? One of six bedrooms was rendered useless because the ceiling leaked when it rained and soaked the carpet below. (It rains in the summer nearly every day) Same bedroom, the pocket-door to the joining bathroom wouldn't close. Two other bathrooms were missing shower doors. The host was intermittently responsive, but didn't help much. He did send a handyman who 1) brought bags of ice, and 2) removed a half-shower-door and replaced with a temporary shower curtain, and 3) put a bucket beneath the roof leak to catch the water before it poured thru the ceiling. Too bad, this place could and should be spectacular!"
