This hotel is located less than a minute from the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk. The host Caleb was friendly but we inly encounteredhim once. It's important to understand that this is not a traditional hotel in the sense that there is not really service. The office is open a few hours a day in the afternoon and housekeeping is not offered during your stay. I should memtion the room was very clean upon arrival, but the room was not serviced again during our 5 day stay. By the end 5 days i was ready to leave. Otherwise i have no complaints and if you're okay with the noted above, you should book and enjoy Hollywood!

Excellent location-- seconds to the board walk. Easy access to parking. Rooms clean; smaller than expected but still great. loved in room amenities (coffee maker / toaster/ microwave & glassware). Lock to front door loose-- we were locked in. I texted contact number and he responded instantly.

The room was clean and well taken care of. Caleb was easy to work with. The location is nice, just off the beach but only a 1 minute walk away. They have beach bikes and folding chairs to use. Several decent places to eat along the boardwalk. Take one of the boat tours like the Sea Rocket, worth the money.

Very clean! Lock is tricky...takes a few tries to catch. Need wider shades to block out light, especially door. Should move bikes and other around corner, away from the unit...bikes chained to hand railing...awkward if anyone needs a bike (see shade comment). Would stay here again otherwise.

Location is great. Property manager Caleb was very nice and available through text whenever needed. Only thing that was not great was the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling and an ant problem in and around the sink.

Charming little place, very close to the beach with lots of available beach toys, bikes, etc available to use. The only negative was hearing someone coming in at 2:30 am in the room above us. Heavy footsteps and furniture moving woke us up. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
