Everything was super smooth, everything in the house worked, communication was excellent and we had a great trip. The house is near lots of things to do in walking distance which is great.

Great place

The property was great. We liked the location. Easy to get to the beach and not far from restaurants. A quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. Happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

We had a great week! The house was as described. The pool and hot tub were great! The house was clean! The beds were comfortable. It was just two short blocks to the beach!

Enjoyed the place, nice pool, jacuzzi, backyard. Everything in the house you need.

Very close to the beach, very quiet and nice neighborhood. We were 2 family of total 8 people, very comfortable rooms for everyone. Will comeback for sure. Very recommend.

Awesome Spot

Great house setup perfectly for families Pool is perfect size and house location is amazing Property management is on top of their game and communication for great ! Would recommend this house to everyone looking to be close to the beach but also just want to have a few days just chilling by the pool

Beautiful home in perfect location!

House was better than expected- beautiful decor, every amenity you'd ever want, and did not have to pay extra for the lovely heated pool and spa. Location was also great, with short pleasant walk to beautiful beach and restaurants. The house manager provided key code and asked if needed anything to improve our stay (very attentive!). I highly recommend this property!

Florida Summer Vacation 2024

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The beach, restaurants, and stores were very close. The scenery was beautiful. In addition, we were about an hour and a half close to the Alligator Farm and the famous Key West. We were able to visit both. Very comfortable location. This was one of our best vacation houses!

Beautiful house and great location

House was perfect for a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Well equipped, great location and beautiful pool. Everybody enjoyed so much the heated pool and spa. Totally recommendable. If I have to make a critic I would say the grill was in bad conditions and the patio furniture could have been in better conditions. But if I have the opportunity I will rent it again. We had an awesome week with the family.

Nice Quiet Beach Retreat

We stayed at the house with our adult children. The house is very nice, clean, and up-to-date. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so good for relaxing. The house is an easy 5 minute walk from the beach, though, and 10-15 minute walk from a wide variety of restaurants. Grocery store and drug store also nearby so it is very convenient to all sorts of amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the back yard.

Wedding weekend

We flew in from Texas for the joining of 2 large Italian families. The group staying at the house was Grand Mother, Daughter, Grand Daughter, 2 Cousins and Me (Husband, Son-in-law, father and Cousins. The house was everything we needed; Central Kitchen (Italian food thing) bedrooms and most important Bathrooms for wedding event prep. Pool and hot tub beautiful and a place of relaxation and evening close out.

Misleading Photos and Overbearing Rules

The property was not as pictured — it felt misleading and didn’t meet expectations. On top of that, there were an overwhelming number of house rules that made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing. Would not book again. See pictures attached, just some examples of the many DO NOT do this or that stickers all around the house

Perfect spot

The house is very well located. Everything you need is within walking distance : beach, restaurant, grocery store, drugstore, pier. We were a group of 8, and it was a little short on the patio drinkware and plates. It would be great to add more. Apart from that, the kitchen and the house in general is very well-equipped. The backyard is amazing. Beautiful setup. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys. All in all, a perfect stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location 2 blocks from the beach with a pool and spa. Fully controlled by a tabletso we could get it nice and hot when we wanted it. House spotless and a very quick response to any questions. One issue was that they floors were glazed tile and slippery with wet feet. Once we stressed this to the kids it was ok. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place

Very nice place. Stayed there with 8 of my family. They limit you to 10 people, but there’s more than enough room for that many. Maintenance needed to stop by a few times. They were courteous and communicative. The back yard is fenced and there are a lot of trees and plants blocking the neighbors. There’s a shed full of beach stuff if you don’t want to bring your own. Lots of beach towels to use. The pool is also nice. I decided against messing with the controls, but they have instructions if you want to. The shed is also has a bunch of pool toys. The kids loved it. It’s a short walk to the beach. Just be careful at the crosswalk.
