The hotel was clean however its time for updates. The check-in process was easy and the front desk clerk was by herself with a long line and she didn't get upset. We had just finished a cruise and only needed a room for a few hours near the airport.

All throughout both nights, you can hear the plumbing in the walls. I would wake up several times and think the bathroom was flooding. The staff were amazing but they were clearly under-staffed, especially when breakfast was being served. Only two people were visible, running around trying to refill coffee, napkins, etc. while lines were just getting longer.

The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The front desk was efficient and very polite in difficult circumstances due to a snowstorm interrupting air travel for many people returning from cruises. The highlight of your facility by far, was the friendly, upbeat man working as bartender and waiter on the evening shift! He was wonderful under pressure dealing with a lot of people - many disgruntled because of trip interruptions. Kudos to him (I hate that I forgot his name).

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. I was disappointed in the airport shuttle. It did not begin until 5 AM so I had to take an Uber. Do not plan on getting food at the happy hour bar. I had to wait in line for far too long. I took the food to my room. I took a quick shower and sat down to eat, but the chicken smelled quite bad. I ate a protein bar and went to sleep.
