I loved this motel and was amazed by the large room and overall experience. The only 2 improvements I would suggest. 1. The room smelled like wet dog. I understand letting pets in but the room should be properly cleaned after said stay 2. They charge $$$ for breakfast.

We had traveled the day before and had a late flight out of Fort Lauderdale the next day, when asked if we could be accommodated a late check out, it was met with an overwhelming yes! The young lady on duty was pleasant and quite nice to communicate with. The property is a $6 uber/lyft away from the shopping plaza in dania pointe which was an awesome convenience.

My family and I recently spent 4 nights at Four Points. Upon entry of the room, there was a weird smell and water was visible on the bathroom floor. Front desk was informed and sent a technician to check, who checked the toilet and left. We assumed the issue was resolved. Another morning I went to use the restroom and noticed water pouring from the light over my head. The front desk was informed, we went out and came back some time later, went back to the front desk for an update only to learn no one went to check the room. We used the garbage cans in the room to catch the water fearful that it would leaf in the hall and onto the rug area near the beds. After learning no one went to the room, we returned and the water stopped flowing. The technician finally came in afterward to Check. The front desk clerk stated a manager would contact me about this experience but it’s been 6 hours and no calls were received from this hotel.

When I arrived at the property, they did not have the room available that I booked and the room was unsanitary. The staff accommodated me into another room, and was was very professional and apologetic. However , the hotel can do better in terms of customer follow up and overall professionalism
