Pictures online very deceptive. This is a very old hotel. The description of a balcony is quite generous. I had a sliding door onto a concrete pad with a fence separating you from a loud bunch of machinery. Definitely not a place you would want to hang out

"The hotel is nicely situated near the harbor and we had a room that overlooked the harbor. Unfortunately, our room was a downgrade from a kitchenette due to the hotel not having ADA access to the upstairs and my wife being unable to negotiate stairs because of a knee issue. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We would probably stay there again, but speak directly with the hotel staff to make sure we were getting the room we prefer."

A mattress was out in the parking lot when I arrived. I was told it was soaked by a guest’s leaking ice chest, I asked if they were throwing it out, “nope just drying it in the sun”. They then dragged it back in. Pretty gross, Maybe a health violation. Anyway I wish them well and suggest increasing their maintenance budget, the place does have good “bones” and potential. Staff was helpful, and polite."
