They gave us a room where the mattress was not comfortable and you could feel the springs in it. Later, they very kindly changed our room for another one but in this one the heating did not work. The service and attention is good; but make sure to check those two important things in a hotel.

Great stop on a long coastal drive. Rooms were comfortable. No wifi, but they said they were working on it. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Wish they had breakfast available but they recommended a good coffee shop with breakfast just down the road.

Overall nice stay

The hotel worker that checked us in was so nice and friendly. Overall the grounds of the hotel was nice, wonderful view, and the room itself was decent. Only issues I had was the mattress seemed old and was not comfortable at all, the pillows were also not the best. Going to a hotel I never expect to have great pillows, but these were horrible. And lastly there was no security lock on the door, theft was the nice security knowing that the only way to get into the building your room was in, is you have to use your room key; but it still would have been nice to have a security lock as well

Great location

Great place to stay in Ft Bragg. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. We had a balcony with river and ocean view. Traffic noise is loud, but tolerable with the window closed. There are sidewalks for a quick walk to restaurants and the beach.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The beds were hard...could have been a bit softer. The woman that checked us in was not too friendly. When we asked about a good restaurant, she said that they were all good. When we asked about glass beach or any other questions about the town, she was short with us. A friendlier greeting would have pushed you closer to 5 stars.

Location was convenient and our two rooms were ready at check-in. One room (#503) had a persistent odor. Wifi worked only on the first day. When we reported it, the response was "I hate when that happens." It did not come back before we left. We left a day earlier than initially planned.

This is not a property problem. but Expedia showed as free breakfast. but this hotel doesnt have free breakfast. Only the bathrooms were updated, The sink faucets were hard to use and the actual room was still old and heater was very old but worked somewhat.

The Shower was so clogged with grime it barely worked. The hot tub jets didn’t work. I called the front desk to fix. I left my room for a few hours so the jets could get fixed. No one came to fix my jets. The wrong size fitted sheet were on my bed which wasn’t fixed either when I left my room for the day. My room wasn’t worth almost $200a night

Great stay like an amazing soak tub. Loved the design of the rooms we’re in their own “house” structures. Felt almost like a cabin. Fantastic view of the lake. Spacious room, great mattress, clean linens. Front desk were very nice and helpful. Fantastic stay for the price. I’d love to come back again, don’t hesitate to book this for yourself.
