Outstanding property for a family and especially young kids. Highchair, books, outdoor play set to name a few. This is one of the top 2 rentals we’ve stayed in over 20 years.

Exceeded Expectations!

Amazing house, absolutely perfect! We had an incredible time here. The kitchen is TOP NOTCH and is fully stocked with everything you could need. You cannot beat the view and the windows make it easy to see throughout the house. Really thoughtful touches with this home. We were certainly wowed and hope to stay again!

The house is exactly as described. It is updated with beautiful decor. The layout is perfect with attention to all the details. The outdoor spaces are great as well. Arrival was easy, it was spotless, great location. Would absolutely rent again.

Great Property

We have stayed in several beach front properties on Folly Beach and this was my favorite, by far. Incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative is that it is not dog friendly and most times that is a deal breaker for us.

40th anniversary fun

This is a wonderful house and site with everything our family of 6 adults and 5 kids (6 years old and younger) could possibly want. The interior is tastefully done and yet super comfortable. The spacious living/dining/kitchen have fantastic views and access to the huge oceanfront deck. Bedrooms and baths are great, with the kids bunk room winning rave reviews. The downstairs shaded gathering and play area with 3/4 bath got much use. The beach reconstruction bulldozers provided some unplanned entertainment, and a little inconvenience, but the new beach (which opened today,…the day of our departure), is amazing. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Beach House

This beautiful beach house is in the perfect location on Folly Beach! You are far enough away from the center of town to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to easily drive there for drinks and dining; and it's close proximity to Charleston makes it the perfect spot to enjoy both the beach and the city in one vacation. Sitting on the deck listening to the waves roll in is so peaceful and relaxing... you won't be disappointed staying in this home.

50th Birthday Celebrations

First of all the view to the water is amazing. The main floor of the house has big glass sliding doors so no matter where you walk you can see the ocean. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, zero issue with sleeping and showering. The house had an awesome open floor plan perfect for hanging out. The house was very clean and modern. The house had all the utensils, dishes and cups you would need. The deck was absolutely awesome, plenty of seating and a cool gas fire pit. You could walk right on to the beach from the deck. The downstairs under the house had a outdoor bathroom and shower and plenty of seating and tables to hang out. This house met every need for what me and my friends wanted. It was absolutely perfect.

Fall weekend on Folly

Unassuming property from the outside, but inside is first class. Almost everything thought of/provided. Spacious. Position on beach allows for great views. Very child friendly - we had a 3 year old grandchild, a couple of teenagers, adult "children", etc. Only negatives: one bedroom ocean front, the rest are in back of house. No beach towels/chairs which would seem a no brainer for a property that had everything else. Overall we very much enjoyed our sty and highly recommend the property.

This is not a typical rental property. This is a great place for a family vacation. High end appliances, high quality furniture, great mattresses, really nice towels and sheets. Beautiful view, wide beach, and very close to town. I hope to secure this place again next year.

Amazing two week vacation

The house was amazing and perfectly described! Perfect location right on the beach! The outdoor shower was the best! The only thing I would recommend is a king size bed in the master suite and a few key spices in the kitchen. Also might suggest WD40ing the door hinges. ;) I would highly recommend this house and hope to be back!!

Great birthday week getaway

Overall we were very happy with our stay. You can’t beat this location. Right on the beach and wonderful views. The house was comfortable and clean and accommodated our group of 7 very well. However due to the cost of the rental we felt that more should have been provided. The listing does state that items are limited but you are welcome to use what ever is left by previous occupants, however nothing was. They also state that you will need to supply any extra paper products you may need after what is supplied. The items in the kitchen and laundry were very limited and no necessities, including shampoo in bath. If you are planning to stay here please be sure and plan for the lack of amenities that have been available in all of the other rentals we have been in over the decade of renting.

Amazing views and beautiful, clean inviting beach house!

The house was inviting, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed every minute of our time at 1105. We had three families share the space with a group of small children and it boded perfectly to our group. Perfect ocean views and a great lower-level area with a play area, picnic tables and source of shade when taking a break from the beach ... which was just steps away and accessed by a private entrance to the beachfront.
