The home was beautiful, very clean and had great views! I reserved this home through VRBO however the property management company Carolina One is the actual renter. I can not say enough about how amazing Carolina One is! I am very thankful for the team there and how welcoming they are. Carolina One went above and beyond the call of duty and included a nice card and bottle of wine addressed to my mom. During the reservation process I had indicated this trip was to celebrate my mother’s retirement. The team was easily accessible by text message or phone call. They offered recommendations and brought extra items when needed. Thank you all!

No Egrets is the Best.

Folly Fun!

We loved this property! The house was everything that we expected; spacious, clean and very well stocked. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shops but on a street that is quiet without a lot of traffic. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. We'd love to own this home if owners are ever looking to sell !

Wonderful Experience

Great property, very clean, perfect location. Loved the extra blankets that made being able to sit out on the deck by the ocean such a comfortable experience. Well stocked kitchen. You won't need your readers (glasses) as there is a truly confusing number of them available at the house! There's also a good amount of beach gear, towels etc available at the house which was definitely a nice touch.

Incredible location, great house for families

The location of the house is incredible, the beach is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The linens and towels are in good condition. the balcony that looks directly onto the ocean is a great plus. Its an amazing house for multiple families or a group of friends. There could be a paint job on a couple of walls, and the floors are a bit crooked, but overall memorable stay at the No Egrets house !

This house was just right

We've vacationed on Folly Beach for nearly 20 years and have stayed in several beachfront homes. We've really liked everywhere we've stayed, but this place stood out for two reasons: the brand new porch (covered) and deck (uncovered) with plenty of space and seating. It was great at all times of the day (morning coffee, afternoon reading, and evening drinks) and the proximity to the beach. The beach is literally in your front yard. The walkway crosses the dune so there is no trudging through sand to get there. Views were absolutely beautiful. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen was large and well-stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were great (although the one upstairs is a little on the small side especially for the number of people in our group who were sharing it). As a bonus, it was also nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in need of repairs

Location on the beach was great, however the inside of the house itself was in need of a lot of repairs. The floor was very uneven due to floor joist issues, doors in the home were in need of desperate repair, paint was in very poor condition and sheetrock needed repair. Very convenient to the beach and if repaired would be a great place to stay.

Great location!

The house was well equipped. And the location—on Folly beach is amazing. We were there for 5 days, 6 women. Only a few small things that would enhance the stay: Needs better outdoor furniture and some landscaping to clean the yard up. Otherwise this is a fantastic location and the house suited us perfectly.

Luxury on the beach!

Fully updated home with all the amenities you could want! We really enjoyed the new covered deck giving us the option to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade to watch the waves roll in. Ample outdoor seating for all of us!
