Welcome to 316 East Hudson, a comfortable and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests. Located just 2.5 blocks from Center Street, you're an easy walk to Folly Beach's local shops, restaurants, and laid-back beach bars—and only a short stroll to the ocean. The home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, along with modern appliances and cozy furnishings to help you feel right at home. The layout includes a bright second-floor living area and bedroom, with the remaining three bedrooms located on the first floor for easy access. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with wraparound porches on the front and back of both levels—perfect for relaxing with a drink or enjoying the breeze after a day at the beach. Each porch is furnished with comfortable seating and a casual beach vibe. Upstairs, the rooftop area is a great spot to hang out, complete with a full-size hot tub (available seasonally October - April), grill, and plenty of space to gather with family or friends. Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. There is plenty of paring in the driveway and carport. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Golf Cart is not included with the rental. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file.
