"Evangelyn" es un apartamento de planta baja muy limpio y bien mantenido ubicado en 218 West Arctic. Este alquiler se considera frente al mar, sin embargo, debe cruzar una calle muy tranquila y unidireccional para acceder a las dos entradas de playa diferentes directamente al otro lado de la calle. "Evangelyn" es una de las 3 unidades en una casa privada. Hay una unidad arriba y dos unidades más pequeñas abajo. "Evangelyn" tiene dos dormitorios y un baño de tamaño completo. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen, armario y tocador. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y una cuna doble adicional, junto con un armario y una cómoda. Las camas están preparadas con sábanas de algodón 100%. Este alquiler tiene una cocina totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina, una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo, Comcast Wifi, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y servicio de TV directa. Hay una mesa de picnic ubicada directamente afuera para sentarse y comer al aire libre. Este es un espacio maravilloso y acogedor para que los huéspedes se relajen y se relajen. Great Beach Location

You only take a few steps and you are on the beach! It is convenient to the town of Folly Beach with many very good restaurants and the Pier area. You can walk to town in less than 10 minutes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and there was good TV reception. This is a good value for the money. Give it a try! You will be glad you did!

PERFECT Location!

You can’t get any closer than right across the street from the beach. Close enough to walk to everything in town and on the pier, but far enough away from the car and foot traffic. The home was exactly as described and very cozy, comfortable, and clean! Appreciated the full kitchen so we didn’t have to go out to eat all the time and the In home laundry. Trying to figure out when I can return To Folly Beach and stay here again.

Perfect Location

As frequent Folly Beach visitors I can honestly say this place was the BEST! The host/hostess were wonderful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Being at the beach access and just a short walk to everything in town was all we wanted. I know we'll be back!

We love this home!

This is our second year staying here and the property is perfect for us. We don't like being inside much so it provides the minimal support we need, while being literally across the street from the beach and a few short blocks from town! It's so easy to come in and out and the beds are really comfortable. We will be back :)

Great time had by all!

It was a perfect spot for us. While some repairs need to be fone (hello we were there the end of July, can you say beyond busy time!) the house clean and perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and very doable carrying a chair even with a bum knee. No steps to climb was a very great added benefit for us "older" ladies😁 The only thing missing was a view of the ocean but for the price we paid, we understood that limit. The dunes were pretty though. It was a great stay!

Location. Location. Location

Quant, clean and cozy 2 bedroom close to everything. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Downtown is a 5 minute walk. Great price right in the heart of Folly Beach.

Nice birthday getaway

Overall nice place to stay and the location to the beach and shops is perfect! We suggest providing more beach chairs, we had to purchase 2 of our own and leave them there. Provide better outside eating area, provide charcoal grill would be nice along with an outdoor umbrella. We recommend updating the bathroom and kitchen area. We recommend replacing front door and if possible add a screen door. All around we enjoyed our stay and look forward to being back next year!!

Conference in Charleston, great location

Lovely and quaint apartment. Easy to book and easy to communicate with the owners. Wonderful beach access right across the road. Easy commute to downtown Charleston. We hope to come back and stay. Highly recommend!

over all good, a few things needs to be addressed. the (up stairs) neighbor t.v. could be heard (clearly) from the door that was bolted and locked (leading upstairs). the entire place needs a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom vanity needs to be replaced.

Amazing

We truly enjoyed this rental and everything within it. Every step was covered and very easy to utilize. The location was just perfect with 2 small children and senior adults for getting to everything (beach) especially. It was the best arrangement for us. Thank you for offering a safe very clean and exciting place to visit and stay. This was just perfect for the Easter week and getting to visit Folly Beach! 5 stars to you. P.s. we tried to clean the sand off the floors before we left because it was so clean when we arrived. Have a wonderful season. We loved all of it!

March 2023 Girls Getaway

I have stayed at Evangeline before with family & kids, so I knew that it was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to have a quick, last minute Folly visit this time around. The home was as before, clean/tidy and comfy. The location is one of the best; across from the beach, in the quiet area but still a short walk from everything such as Center St, pier, restaurants & shops.

A few days get away

Great location. The only minor negative is that there was a lot of construction going on that we were not aware of. One of the construction truck's battery died and we ended up having to jump their truck - no problem, so a lot of extra activity with the construction. We loved our stay though and would definitely return.

Great time, except for noisy neighbors

Great location, very clean, perfect for a sister getaway. Our only issue was with renters in one of the other building units that did not respect the quiet hours. We easily heard all their noise through the shared wall, one night until 2- 3 AM. 😳 It did help some when we closed our bedroom doors.

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location

Our little family of four absolutely loved our stay at “Evangeline”! The location was perfect - short 5-minute walk to town and a super short walk to the beach. There are public restrooms and showers right at the beach access, which is great if you don’t want to track sand into the rental. The apartment was super clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. The living room was the perfect place to rest, play board games, etc. after a long day on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to make it our annual Folly Beach rental location. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive to our questions. 10/10 recommend

Very clean. No stairs was nice for older folks. Short walk to beach. It would be nice if scissors, dust pan and a small vacuum were available for renters use.
