Good stay. Decent value, good location. Just very complicated to check in and everything. Seems to be all over Italy. No one is ever available

Wish I could give it a 5.....the noise!!!!

Great location, very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy, had all the essentials. Host was very nice. But the noise was INSANE (coming from a person who noise never bothers them) - at all hours of the day AND night (1 am). There is a restaurant above and they bang pots and pans, yell, throw things, blast music VERY loudly. I’d give it a 3/5.... if it wasn’t for the noise I would give it a 5/5.

Werd zeer vlug afgehandeld, werd niet verteld waar je uw vuilnis van 6 dagen kon deponeren , hebben het zelf moeten uitzoeken Keukenmateriaal (kookgerei ,servies en glazen ) kan wel wat aangevuld worden Niettegenstaande was de lokatie v/h appartement ideaal gelegen

The location is a little bit far away from the train station, at least 30 mins walk and it is so tired when walking with luggage in hot weather. The house is big with kitchen but we can't cook as lots of small flying insects when we put the foods on the table and some mosquitoes, it is so annoying. Also, only have one double bed, it is not the same as website said it also have one single bed. If it can improve it, we think that it is the good place to stay concerning the reasonable price in Florence.

入住時有透過email 聯繫入住時間和義大利的聯絡電話，到現場折騰了一番後才有人到現場，說他有嘗試著用expedia內留的電話聯絡而不是email內更新的電話。房子是位於舊公寓一樓，附近生活機能還算方便，有個簡單的廚房可以簡單打理幾餐，但樓上的鄰居實在很吵，浴室熱水忽冷忽熱，完全沒有付任何清潔用品，兩人都覺得床睡了身體有點癢，住了三晚只有給兩份毛巾，而且住宿期間完全沒有整理房間、更換毛巾，但卻要在入住時收50歐元的「清潔費」，透過email聯繫也完全無人回覆，連bnb的等級都不到。
