Hotel very covenient 3 mins away from train station. The staff are attentive and helpful when asked. Room was clean. The property is outdated and needs modernisation/uograde. Breakfast buffet suffice if you want a quick coffee and easy breakfast for another busy day tour. Overall good

It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent

the room was very nice and clean. a few min walk to the train station. good breakfast. the only minus was - the room had no soundproof. we could hear all the noise from our neighbors next door and upstairs and all the sounds from that busy street.

I have stayed here on and off over the last 25 years. It has been updated, but the room we stayed, we found that the bathroom was very old. The location is great being close to SMN station and the included breakfast was a great bonus too.

Close to train station. Safe area. Walking distance to main attraction within 15 to 20 minutes. Variety of restaurant. However no Air conditioning until June. Can open the windows but invite mosquitoes. Good breakfast from 7 to 10 with lots of choice.

Very good location , close to historical centre by walking, 10-15 min, train station 2 min. Airport 25 min on tram. Helpful staff, breakfast is good, coffee variety from coffee machine. No kettle in a room, but hot water and variety of tea are available 24 hours downstairs. Single room was with double bed, what made big difference. Good bathroom with big shower head.

We were very happy to check in early (noon) and to be upgraded to a larger room. We were only there for the 'night' because we had an early flight out of Florence. It was everything we needed for an overnight. Views? not from our room but we weren't there for that. Just a place to sleep.

The Breakfast was good. Just across from the train station but it was quiet except our neighbor's loud talking at the balcony. Their smoking also bothered us since it came into our room every day.

After a bad experience at Hotel Albani Firenze with 2 nights of not being able to sleep. We moved to this amazing Hotel Della Nazioni for one last night in Firenze. I highly recommend Hotel Della Nazioni, it was clean, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. Even yhe manager gave us a bothle of wine for our anniversary. Excellent experience. We will definitely return to this great Hotel

Florence hotel my train station

I got two rooms for family of four. We stay there for one night only. The rooms are not sound proof so I heard loud noise from outside and from within the hotel. I am a light sleeper do had difficulty sleeping, but the other 3 family members sleep well. 3 minutes from train. Breakfast was great!! Rooms were spacious and clean.
