The first thing we saw when we walked into the room was a big roach on the curtains. We turned around and went back to the front desk and "unchecked" in. They did not give us any problem with getting our money back but gave my family that was with me a hard time. We were together so none of us could stay there. The hallway was just nasty and dirty. Definitely not a good place to stay. It needs a lot of work but is dirty and with bugs. That is the part that is unacceptable.

our room had many issues - we booked a Queen suite and while there was a space for a fridge and microwave the appliances were missing. the bathroom door was broken and would not close, the shower curtain was broken and there were exposed fixtures. there was no food at breakfast at 8 am.
