I like that it is walkable on all attractions and restaurants! Room is clean but a little bit small, and needs upgrade. We still uses key to open the room. Elevator seems old and it's faster to walk the stairs than wait for it.Breakfast is good. I was surprised for the complimentary wine as a VIP of expedia! Thanks! That was sweet! Overall, it was a nice stay.

We stayed at this properly several times over the years. We love the breakfast and the breakfast staff, Anna and Mohammed. We love the location, close to the Mercado Centrale, the leather carts, the train and our favorite restaurant, ZaZa. We didn’t get our room upgrade until 3 days after we got there. They forgot.

We loved the place, the room and meeting Valeria on the reception. She was like human encyclopedia. Don't let a compact room scare you, the amenities are great and we liked the cold afternoon flavored waters in the lobby. The hotel was next to one of the restaurant hot spots in Florence. The staff was exceptionally friendly

We stayed at this hotel for just two nights, but it left a great impression. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were polite and genuinely caring. While the building itself is quite old, that’s typical for Florence—part of the city’s historic charm—so it’s best to set expectations accordingly. Overall, it’s a quiet, pleasant place to stay, with excellent access to most of Florence’s main attractions and just a short walk from the train station.

Fine hotel - near the center of Florence

Very nice hotel near the center of Florence. The staff was superb, breakfast was very nice, and close to many fine places to eat. Great experience. I would stay here again.
