Chose hotel for close location to airport.

Pros: Close to airport, clean, large rooms.
Cons: FOOD.
Location: ?
Rooms clean and large. Nice bathroom. Hotel restaurant food poor, especially for Italy.. An insalada caprese that obviously was taken out of a cold refrigerator, worst coffee I've had in years. (tasted like bad instant coffee. Stay here if you want/need to be close to the airport. If you can eat someplace else. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel.

Excellent for linking train and air travel in Florence!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, very safe neighborhood, friendly and helpful english speaking staff
We spent a long day on the train from the Cinque Terre, and needed a comfortable, quiet place to spend the night before boarding our flight back to the States. The Hilton Garden Inn Novoli was perfect! Literally ten minutes from both the train station and Peretola Airport. Excellent service, ultra clean and quiet, a really comfortable bed, good restaurant on site. Just what we had hoped for! And there was ICE! We had not realized how scarce ice was in Tuscany or the Cinque Terre. The lobby pantry had an ice machine with all we needed. Call me spoiled, but after a long day on the train, a cold drink over ice tasted SO good!

Highly Recommended

Beautiful Rooms, Friendly and Professional Staff. Willing to help. My husband came down with Lyme's Disease while we were in Italy on business and holiday. We needed a doctor when we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn. They had one available immediately and he was very familiar with Lyme's. He arrived shortly after we phoned and began my husband on the proper treatment. The staff continued to be concerned for my husband health and well-being until checkout. Would highly recommend this hotel.
