Stunning

This was an amazing stay. We were contacted prior to checkin by Flávio to organise our arrival time. Flávio was ready for us and assisted us with our bags and showed us to our beautiful room. Breakfast was delicious and so fresh. Our room was so comfortable and clean. Hotel is in a great location in Florence, lots of great dining options. Quieter area in Florence which was nice too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel! Perfectly situated in a great location, the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with the property manager Flavio going above and beyond to assist with all our requests. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel

The stay was wonderful. The owner was available and helpful. If he wasn't actually on site, he was easily reachable. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was in the morning, and there were snacks left out throughout the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in that area of Florence.

Great place to stay with wonderful breakfast

Amazing 6 days in Florence, couldn’t fault the accommodation. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedroom with tea & coffee facilities. Wonderful breakfast, great staff, especially host Flávio who was so helpful & welcoming. Very happy to recommend, less than 10mins walk from the Duomo.

Clean and Quiet

The owner was incredibly helpful and was very attentive. Although the hotel seems like it is in a busy location, it is sound proof. I am a light sleeper and was pleasantly surprised with the soundproofing. You heard nothing. The hotel area is also extremely clean.

Amazing room, location, & service

Our short stay in Florence was our favorite while in Italy! Flavio is so incredibly hospitable, communicative, and helpful. The room was perfect and the bed was large and comfy! And the SHOWER!!? Photo attached. The room was also very quiet compared to the bustling neighborhood just outside. Amazing area for food and drinks, as well! The breakfast also looked and sounded yummy; we didn’t have a chance to try it. All around great stay!!! Couldn’t recommend enough.

This is a top-notch, ultra-modern property with really nice rooms and an unbeatably central location. Flavio runs the place with his wife, and spares no effort to see to their guests evey need. Without being asked he gave a wonderful recommendation for us to visit some of the small villages in Tuscany, and it turned out to be a highlight of our stay. The breakfast is good, with attentive staff. I visited with my elderly mom and aunt, and my daughter, and we were all blown away by how great value the place was for the price. Due to a change in plans we had to leave our car in Venice and Flavio arranged for it to be delivered to our home in Padova. Definitely stay here - you won’t regret it!

Amazing place Great Host

Amazing place and great lo atikn. Flavio is a great host. The place is nicely decorated with a great taste and lovely Florence decor. The breakfast was made fresh to order and include a nice Cappuccino. The room was comfortable with a nice and comfy bed. The bathroom is impecable and includes a nice shower with nice bath products from a local shop. We will defintely return.

My stay in Canto degli Aranci was one of the best travelling experiences I ever had. Centrally located, spacious beautifully furnished rooms, spotlessly clean bathroom. On top of that I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and excellent reception by Flavio. I especially appreciated him being available by chat to promptly reply my queries. Will definitely stay again when in Florence.
