Thank you for the wonderful stay! Your welcome drink was a very nice thing, for I made four new friends at the bar! The breakfast was delicious, and sitting out on the balcony in the morning was so peaceful. My room was very charming, and I slept soundly.

The hotel staff is outstanding and breakfast was delightful. The hotel is conveniently located near all the must see spots like the Duomo, Accademia Gallery (David)and Uffizi. Ponte Vecchio is a 20 min walk but totally worth it. Also tons of shopping and cafe's are footsteps away. And there's a delicious restaurant right next door with beautiful outdoor seating and friendly service.

We like the location. The staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. It's good it your are driving there. It's just a short walk to city center. It's adjacent to a really nice restaurant with a nice garden dining area.

The location is great and very walkable. The rooms are tiny and the breakfast surcharge was not worth it. There are plenty of options for breakfast in the area.

They really go above and beyond to help you. They helped us with transportation. And they have a shuttle bus that can take you and pick you up from the nearest train stop. You can then take that into the Venice train station. The breakfast is out of this world, it isn’t your ordinary Hotel breakfast, it is amazing!

The hotel was located in a very central location across the duomo, train station, gallery with lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. There is also a nice park right outside. The breakfast was very good with complimentary drinks and coffee provided at the reception. My room was right across the street which caused some disturbance with car noise in the wee hours, but other than that the stay was very good.

We got stranded overnight due to a brief train strike and the hotel kindly accommodated us for a brief visit. Having visited Florence on prior occasions I’m a bit familiar with the city and this is a small but very comfortable hotel with an English speaking staff. The rates are quite reasonable and the location great. Will definitely rebook for a longer stay next time in this beautiful city.
