This is the best place to stay in Florence. Easy walking distants to all the major sites. Only a 15 minute week from the train station. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was wonderfull.

The rooms were spacious and spotless! Great location as a short walk across the bridge to the centre of town and sites, but also a quiet base to come back to after a busy day. The garden area was peaceful and the breakfasts delicious. We loved our stay there.

In a perfect location just across the bridge from city center. When traveling in Europe, top priority is WiFi & air conditioner. Both were great! We only stayed 2 nights, but it was perfect for family travel. Lots to do nearby, safe, quiet, and just a short walk to everything you’d want to see or do in Florence. Train station is an easy 15 minute walk, except for the mid-June heat.

Perfect spot in Florence, I’d definitely would be back here! We were a group of 5 ladies ranging from 18-70 with 8 luggages. We reserved a large room with 5 beds and had our own bathroom with 2 sinks. The architecture of the building, cleanliness, and hospitality was all perfect! They had complimentary breakfast in the morning. Its located in front of a little plaza with wonderful restaurants surrounding the area. Although it was a 15 walk from train station, I highly suggest taking an uber to the location as the streets are narrow and all cobblestone. We would be all back here for than 1 night.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at this beautiful property. It is located out of the main hustle of the historical center so is quiet at night, but it is only a few minutes walk to so many wonderful places. We never got a taxi and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The restaurants nearby are amazing. We enjoyed eating gelato in the main piazza or in the hotel's excellently maintained garden, and felt perfectly safe in this area. We all enjoyed the included breakfast options. Our room was cleaned daily by a wonderful staff. The windows and doors closed properly allowing our room AC to maintain a comfortable temperature. I would certainly stay here again!

While check in, the old lady front desk staff was rude and impolite. Restaurant staff was cool and looked tired. Some coffee cups were full of stains. This so-called hotel was located inside an old and ancient building with only the bathroom was modernised. The room was small and almost an empty room with two small beds. No TV, no bottled water, no electric kettle, no cup and less electric sockets. Parking was expensive €35/day.
