You get what you pay for. The room was clean. The location is amazing. Was advertised as AC and wifi. Some nights the AC barely worked and the entire stay the wifi did not work. Was told that the guys who fixes the AC also needs to fix the wifi but that was not the case

The location is very good, near the train station and main tourist venues. The building is old but it matches the character of this historic city. Our room was comfortable although we were told air conditioning was not available. Fortunately, it wasn’t needed much in late May.

Not as advertised!

Hotels.com should drop this guest house from their list. We waited for over an hour for the host to meet us and then he brought us away from the listed address and down the street to a different house. He did not speak a word of English. He brought us to our room which was very much like a dungeon. The walls were stained with a variety things -my kids thought it was mostly pee. There were wires exposed, the paint was peeling off the walls and roof, there were dead mosquitoes all over the walls, and the linens were stained as well. There was no wifi in the room. Everything about the room was disappointing. This was supposed to be our reward night as we had collected our ten stamps. It was totally awful and we would have found a different place and left if we could have.

Good stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a private studio space to nice and private. The breakfast was good. The only problem we had was that the room was really cold. The heat was at full at 32 and the sleeping space was still very cold.

Questa è stata l'esperienza piu spiacevole in assoluto. Le foto sono ingannevoli. Stanza vecchia, piena di muffa, umida, sporca, serratura difettosa,senza bidet, senza cassaforte, la porta finestra che da sul cortile interno anche essa difettosa ( bastava una spinta dall'esterno per entrare dentro). Niente wi fi e niente collazione. Invece abbondanza di zanzare e puzza di scarico. Mi è venuta pure l'orticaria.

Esperienza terribile. La zona comune (cucina condivisa con altre 2 camere) con un costante odore sgradevole, giardino interno in condizioni di degrado. La camera era pulita, il bagno vecchio e con alcune parti della doccia arrugginite. Il WiFi non funzionava e nonostante il reclamo al proprietario non è cambiato nulla. Si è intasato il wc ed il proprietario non ha chiamato nessuno nemmeno il giorno seguente, nonostante la nostra segnalazione non ha fatto nulla e ci siamo dovute arrangiare. Ci ha tenuto le valigie per qualche ora dopo il check out, è stato gentile per questo. Nel complesso non consiglio questa struttura.

Trascuratezza e scortesia:assolutamente da evitare

Esperienza sgradevole. Le camere non rispecchiano le foto, si approfittano della buona fede dei turisti, ingannandoli con foto non reali. Ci avevano prima assegnato un seminterrato senza finestra e, solo dopo una discussione poco piacevole (la scorsesia e poco disponibilità sono da sottolineare), ci hanno assegnato un'altra camera, comunque poco decorosa. Il bagno era ricavato in una specie di veranda e c'erano dei cattivi odori fortissimi. Camere vecchie e decadenti. Esperienza negativa. Non avevano il bancomat e non hanno rilasciato ricevuta. Voi che potete evitatelo!!!

Muy bueno, recomendable.

El check in lo realizamos en un lugar donde se va a desayunar y nuestra habitación estaba a unas cuadras de distancia. Muy completo y muy buena ubicación, el desayuno excelente . La señora que trabaja allí es MUY AMABLE, sin dudas la recordaremos con cariño y volveríamos a ir.
