You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, TV room with pull-out sofa, laundry, firepit, and patio.

Street parking is available directly in front of the home (max 3 cars).

Check-in is seamless with a smart lock and personalized code. Upon arrival you will enter through the. Front door via a Smart Lock. We will supply the door code, address and Check In instructions three days prior to your arrival day.

A few owner closets remain locked for housekeeping supplies.

Important:

For your safety, this property is equipped with one exterior security camera. Camera 1 is positioned at the front door, facing the side yard and street. This camera has outward views only and does not capture interior spaces. They activate recording of video and sound when triggered by motion.

-We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, power outages, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
