Room was pleasantly decorated. Cleanliness need improvement. Bathroom floor was “slimey” with floor cleaner that had not been wiped off. Common areas seemed dingy. Appreciated the well functioning heating system.

Room was clean and comfortable. The telephone didn't work, but staff was very attentive and looked into it right away. The breakfast was very good with many options. Extra credit to the morning desk clerk, whose name I didnt get, due to someone not showing up was managing the front desk and preparing the breakfast. The night clerk was also friendly and efficient and dealt with our non-working phone right away.
