Remodeling was taking place throughout the entire hotel. Painting the main hallway during busy am hours. It seemed odd to be remodeling the entire hotel all at once instead of one section at a time. The checking process was unorganized, we were first assigned the incorrect room, which they did correct. There was a crazy guy in the lobby arguing with the front desk staff and said several times to us “you don’t wanna stay here.” Our room didn’t have hand soap and the fan on the heater was broken not to mention we listened to it rattle all night along with the running toilet… after checking in we received a phone call asking what room we were in so they could update their system?! We also received 6 confirmation emails after check in. Continental breakfast was subpar. Waffles was basically it with some soggy/non fresh fruit. Would not recommend.

Inside trash can bottom was covered in black mold. Bag covered it. Pool was frigid. Hot tub was great. All the new TVs were not in working order.

We checked into room 277 and this was on the second floor which is very dirty. The room had a very old riped couch with blood splatter dried on the cushions and front of the couch. The dresser had dried blood dripping down the front of the dresser to the floor. The curtains were broken and half hanging down. There was dried white substance dripping down the navy blue bed skirts in many spots. We were very scared to stay there but we arrived at 8pm at night. This was the worst and we want a refund. We have photos to submit as well. We will never stay there again.
