Our room smelled like left over take out food. The floors were greasy. Hair in the shower. The chairs on the balcony was dirty. The sheets on the bed felt wet. We were very unhappy especially with the price we paid.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The carpets are filthy and the hotel has a bad odor. The landscape and pool area are overgrown with weeds. The housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms, they remade the dirty beds and left towels but did not sweep or clean anything in the room. The emergency light was on in the elevator our entire stay. The ice machine was broke until our last day. This hotel needs a complete renovation, inside and out. The staff was not familiar with the area and couldn’t answer any of our questions. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.

My family of 4 had an amazing time here! We loved they had two pools. The beach access and showers was super convenient! Loved that it was super children friendly. Everyone was extremely nice! The beach was absolutely Beautiful! The room was very nice and comfortable, extremely clean. Our room had a kitchenette which we loved! We will definitely stay here again! We drove down the street to go to two Arcades. My children and I had an amazing time! Thank you to the cleaning ladies, and staff, who were extremely nice and helpful with any questions We had!
