When we got to the property, it was not a shower curtain, no pots and pans. We keep going to the lobby to ask for things that supposedly been in the room. Hallway was dirty, like they need a good cleaning. Looks like a college dorm. Suspicious behavior around the hotel, with people hiding behind the building. I told the person on the counter about it. Room was very spacious and be bathroom. No breakfast, not even a basket with fruits or anything to offer. Cheap hotel room.

So I had a quick trip to Huntsville to take care of some business and I booked a room here and it was last minute and I asked to be checked in late because I was driving from another city and state however, when I got here, the staff was very helpful very nice and was able to help me checking in, which was quick Process and also everything was very very clean and I’m really shocked because it’s a nice place for the price that I paid so thank you

Clean and quiet

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The only thing I would say is the sturdiness of the bed. I noticed squeaking from the bed like it was not put together good but the mattress was comfortable.

What An Experience

Upon arriving for checkin, I was given a room number, and a key, it’s only one operational elevator for the entire hotel, which is a bit of inconvenience and wait time, got up to my assigned room just for another family to be in my room, telling me this is their assigned room, now, I’m upset, I’m lugging so many bags back down to the main floor, waiting for the elevator to arrive in this hot hotel, I informed the lady at the front desk that someone was in my room, she said with an attitude “this is my first shift working alone, it’s not my fault, they aren’t supposed to be in the room” I said “Well they are, now can I get a refund or another room” she called her manager, the manager provided myself with an upgraded room, and I was very pleased afterwards, but told the girl at the front desk, “she has to check her attitude”

Marcus was great. Property was very clean and in good condition. We stayed there to go to the Orion Amphitheater fir a concert because it was close. It is not very walkabke to the concert venue as thought. No sidewalks. Not enough parking on one side of the Hotel. Of course our room was on the side of the hotel with no parking. Even where we parked it was a small hike to the front door with all the big commercial tree trucks there.
