When we got to the property, it was not a shower curtain, no pots and pans. We keep going to the lobby to ask for things that supposedly been in the room. Hallway was dirty, like they need a good cleaning. Looks like a college dorm. Suspicious behavior around the hotel, with people hiding behind the building. I told the person on the counter about it. Room was very spacious and be bathroom. No breakfast, not even a basket with fruits or anything to offer. Cheap hotel room.

So I had a quick trip to Huntsville to take care of some business and I booked a room here and it was last minute and I asked to be checked in late because I was driving from another city and state however, when I got here, the staff was very helpful very nice and was able to help me checking in, which was quick Process and also everything was very very clean and I’m really shocked because it’s a nice place for the price that I paid so thank you

Checked in late after a long day front desk staff was great and nice checking us in. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Suite was nice size. Great place to stay for price close to several restaurants and stores. Will stay again when in Huntsville from Michigan for our son who is at Alabama AMU. I flaw the shower water needed to be hotter was warm/cool. But great stay!

I selected this hotel because i was intown fir college move-in, and would be needing washer/dryer access. Description and pics for the room type eluded to there being a washer/dryer in a double room, which there isnt one. I inquired upon checkin, but i guess clean rms had not yet been updated, so i was checked in to what i reserved. Ok. Ill use the guest laundry facilities. Washing machines worked fine. HOWEVER, only one dryer was in service. I know this is a new property, but ut appears that they are a bit short-staffed. I had to use the restroom upon checking in. Toilet paper was on the floor, and remnants of a 'present' left behind a heavy duty skid mark inside the bowl......i glanced on friday, still there......Saturday morning....it was STILL there. No one gave the public restroom any attention the whole time. I asked for a roll of toilet paper as the dispenser was out. Apparently, staff went in behind me with the key to put the paper on the dispenser, but those same squares of toilet paper and fossilized skidmark was just hanging out with no worries. Ive worked in hospitality for about 20 years. Have your houseman to walk the property to pick up trash once guest clear out; morning laundry person could tidy it up the restroom at the beginning or end of their shift.

The hotel was very full and they didn’t have enough staff to manage some of the needs. For example; we had to go get towels from the front desk everyday, bc no one came to our room to clean and deliver new ones

No food options other than over priced store items. The bed was super hard, not comfortable at all. The customer service was great. The cleanliness of the halls, general area, bathrooms, and gym was very poor. Needs better attention. The Direct TV did not work but just a few channels which is short of the package they provide. Streaming to your TV never worked. Attempted multiple times. I’d give this hotel an overall rating of 3out of 10. Their staff was overwhelmed and were polite. They need better support from management.

Marcus and Skylar really did a wonderful job on making sure my family was taken care of during our stay for our family reunion. Even though it was a lot of us they remained calm and professional during check-in, during our stay, and during check-out. The hotel was a lil different from what a few people was use to but because of the fantastic service from Marcus, Skylar, and staff that weekend it was overlooked. Wonderful job team!

The young lady at the front desk was very nice, motivated to work and had welcoming vibe. Spent 4 night here but on nights 1 and 2 the room above us sounded like they were doing construction between 2am through 10am. There was non stop banging, dragging items across floor etc. When I asked the young lady at the front desk about room above me she said they are don't doing renovations. That room was very noisy and I could not sleep. She offered me another room and I enjoyed the last 2 nights with sleep and peace, The ice machine in room was broken but didn't really need it. I would love to visit again.
