We had a very nice stay at Spark by Hilton. We had two issues and the front desk employee addressed the problems immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and had very nice sheets, and the room was very clean. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Love everything (almost) about this hotel! We’ve stayed here before it changed names and was remodeled. Super super nice staff! Very cute decor. Very clean. Only downfall was our bed. It was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both had sore back muscles when we woke up. : (

Deceptive description on website

The website said the hotel had a business center and microwaves in each room. When we got here we were told that the hotel did not have these amenities. (And they would mention this to management.) If we had known these amenities were absent we would have chosen another hotel.
