Had to wait until after 4 to check in. Lined up at that time. Room had one light, requested another and one was provided. No cooling other than a fan. Room windows located directly across from elevator so was noisy. Dog in adjoining room barked for two + hours. Reported to reception not sure what they did, suspect owners left alone and went out! Front desk staff friendly and helpful but they aren’t staying in these rooms and paying for them. Missed the mark!

Rooms were on the cleaner/nicer end for the chain. It's a consistent option for the area that overall has limited nearby hotel options. This location didn't have disposable slippers like they usually do. Limited dining options nearby.

Unrequested handicap room

For some reason the gave us a handicap room that we didn’t request, the shower was super low and needed to seat down to take a shower and use wand, not used to take shower like this. To gives pace to a wheelchair my bed was almost all the way to the wall in one side making it very difficult to get up from bed. The hotel has a pool but it will be nice to have a hot tub.

Perfect Stay in the Redwoods

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Redwoods National Park. Located just about 10 min. South of Crescent City and close to both Jedediah Smith State Park and the Redwoods National Park, just a couple blocks from the Drive-Through Tree. The hotel was very clean and newer, quiet even though it sits next to the highway, extensive free parking and free hot breakfast every morning plus free coffee/water bar all day. I love that all Holiday Inns have Dove products in the bathroom in big (locked) bottles! No need to pack any. There’s also a casino next door for those who enjoy gambling. We highly recommend this hotel!

Holiday inn always delivers a good property. Great staff, good breakfast, great rooms. The town of Klamath is tiny, but it's a great location for seeing the redwoods!

Fantastic hotel, friendly and welcoming and helpfull staff, room and bathroom immaculately clean, just some of the furniture showing its age slightly but otherwise was perfect. The location couldn’t be beaten, would definitely love to stay again.
