Perfect location, right across the street from the beach, 2 minute walk to the big park, grocery stores and restaurants. It’s obvious it’s been recently renovated/updated. The laminate floors are nice for the pet friendly motels. However, the floors could use a good cleaning. Looked like it had been awhile since they were mopped.

I was disappointed that the shower was so small with no bathtub. I could also hear traffic and bay noises quite loudly at night. There was something ringing all night in the bay. I could also hear the staff cleaning room upstairs and next door in the morning. I would recommend earplugs if you want to sleep well. Staff was AMAZING! The room was great for the price. Nice spot to relax while visiting the redwoods and state parks nearby. If there was a bathtub to relax in after hiking all day I would stay here again. Parking gets full at night so if you want a space while staying park before 7 p.m..

Nice stay

I was visiting the Redwoods for the weekend and this was one of the top rated, budget friendly places to stay. I thought the place was nice! There is a street that gets fairly busy outside, so occasionally you’ll hear the traffic. They have bright lights that start up at night for safety and security. However, those lights were pretty bright when trying to sleep, even with the blinds shut. Overall, I had a nice stay. The people around me were quiet, the room was clean, and the location was convenient.

A good place to stay in Crescent City

A central hotel with walking distance to shops and eateries and easy drive to the Redwoods National and State parks. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
